Shipping policy
We ship worldwide.
We dispatch all orders as soon as possible, usually the same day or next business day. Once an order has been shipped, an email or sms will be sent with the tracking information.
International orders: We use FedEx for international orders. The shipping time is estimated between 5-10 business days. We do not refund shipping fees if carriers take longer to deliver than the estimated delivery times, as these are only estimates.
European Union: We offer FedEx and Poste Italiane shipping. The shipping time is estimates between 3-6 business days. We do not refund shipping fees if carriers take longer to deliver than the estimated delivery times, as these are only estimates.
Return To Sender Parcels
If your parcel is being returned to Dear Bag, please reach out to our Customer Service team to arrange redelivery. Please note, redispatch fees may apply.
Stolen Parcels
It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Dear Bag is not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been successfully delivered to the nominated address.
